We deliver to most part of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Toy Villages cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping will be free if your order amount is more than 500/-. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9571100992 to cancel the order before dispatch.
Returns & Exchange :
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Toy Villages has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.

Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on toyvillages@gmail.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
